THE EFFECT OF QUALITY OF WORK LIFE AND WORK ENVIRONMENT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE

Employees who are able to work well the company's most desirable resources in order achieve company goals. The purpose of this study was find out how much influence quality life and environment have on employee performance at Regional Secretariat Bandung City Government Environment. population sample were all employees working Environment with a total 261 people. sampling method is form saturated (census) because taken has same number as population. Judging from type research, research included causal associative which used relationship between variables studied study. Meanwhile, data processing techniques can be explained following ways: descriptive statistics, instrument testing (validity test, reliability classical assumption test), multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing. Based results it concluded that either partially or simultaneously, there significant performance.
